Quality Inn Bourne - Cape Cod

I had a pretty good experience here! The room was clean with a comfy bed and amenities like a mini fridge & a microwave. The service was also great and everyone was kind! It's also in a great location where you can easily get to wherever you need to go on the Cape. I do wish the accessibility was more documented however, as it was listed as wheelchair accessible but didn't have an elevator to the second floor and the lift into the pool didn't seem to work. Overall, it was great and I would definitely return for any future vacations.

Steve is the great man ! HE WAS THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS PLACE . Really hope he gets a raise ! His customer service is really unlike no other ! I was coming all the way from NYC and I wasn’t going to make the pool in time but he said he will open it for us ! Me and wife was very pleased! The room was cleaning and everything was nice !

I stayed the beginning of October. There was no hot breakfast. I chose this hotel because it is centrally located between Provincetown.

This has to be some of the best customer service I've received in a while. From the second you walk in to the moment you checkout, nothing but smiles and great customer service. This place is also surrounded by some of the best food and Dave and Busters, a personal favorite.

We were pleasantly surprised walking in to the lobby last night. The first thing I noticed was the nice smell, very calming. It continues through the hallway and in the room. Much appreciated. Steve greeted us and very kindly told us were everything was located. He was always available to answer a question or help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very clean. We didn't get to use the restaurant or pool but we hope to return another time. Breakfast was amazing.

We (4 adult women) stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding in Falmouth. The price of the hotel was fantastic and the location was wonderful; especially for leaving the Cape on a Saturday when traffic was a nightmare. The building is dated, but they do a good job maintaining things and working with what they have. My favorite part of the whole experience was the pool and hot tub, they were very clean and it was very peaceful. Our room was very updated and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had the free breakfast one morning and sat outside on the patio, good muffins and OJ. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel five stars is the smell. For some reason, the carpeting in the hallways has a strange smell to it, which was very off putting. I think they should replace them. We would definitely return!

Stayed here with my GF on the 1st part of a road trip. Not sure if the man at the front desk was Steven or Stephen, but that man needs a raise. He was amazing,, very helpful in giving us idea of things to do while there, he was polite and helpful. The cleaning staff was on point they were also incredibly. Room was nice and clean my ONLY issue with this place was honestly the pillows lol the just felt like a blanket in a bag. The halls are narrow but thats expected with the age of the building. They also have this little area in the back with chairs and lights to sit and enjoy the night. The restaurant attached to the hotel had much better food than the restaurant we went to in Cap Cod near the beach. The locals and staff at the restaurants were also much more welcoming than the town near the beach.

We make an annual trip to Martha’s Vineyard and often stay overnight before our early morning ferry. In the future- this is the hotel we will stay at. Don’t be a snob and turn your nose up at the slight shabbiness of the exterior, walk inside and be welcomed by some of the kindest staff you’ve ever met (and I travel a lot for work.) The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable and there was an ample supply of towels. We had a user error with the door and the desk clerk happily came out to get us back in our room. The pub attached is also another treat. Sure, bar food, but you can mess up bar food and these people did not mess it up! It was fantastic, and not overly salted (my chief complaint about US restaurants.) They had a community BINGO game going on in the bar and there were a lot of people there, but the staff took time with us and wrapped up our meal to go to our room and made sure we had everything we need. My college age son wants to get there early enough next summer to participate in whatever game they have going on. Bottom line: It isn’t brand new or fancy, but the staff went beyond typical service and made us truly feel like a treasured guest.
